    As many of you may be aware, the Advanced Textiles Association New Zealand (formerly OFPANZ) have been working over the last two years with MAST Academy and Hang Aro Rau to develop programmes for the new Level 3 and Level 4 NZ Certificates for Industrial Textiles.
