The association provides its members with a forum to increase their industry knowledge, develop new skills, share experiences and connect with like-minded companies.

ATA NZ Code of Conduct (Values)

ATA NZ as an Association promotes a high standard of professionalism, business ethics and workmanship for the Industry.

Members of ATA NZ subscribe to the following Code of Conduct in the normal conduct of their business:

  • We strive for excellence in our profession, providing high quality of product and service to our customers. This includes clearly specifying the services to be performed, product specifications, conditions of sale, warranties and guarantees.
  • We will conduct all business in an ethical and professional manner
  • We will not engage in any practices that could be damaging to the public or our Association or bring discredit to the Industry.
  • We undertake to observe and comply with all regulations and legislation relevant to our products, services and workplaces
  • We will provide our staff with a safe, non-discriminatory and rewarding work environment
  • We recognise the need for on-going professional development and support training and development initiatives that strive to maintain a high standard of workmanship in our Industry.
  • We promote research, innovation and the introduction of new techniques, methods and products that advances our Industry.
  • We encourage the friendly exchange of technical information and practical knowledge between Members
  • We recognise the rights of the ATA NZ Executive to uphold this Code and review the membership of any Member deemed to be acting in contravention of this Code of Conduct.
