Kiwi Patents NZ, trading as Kermit, joined the Advanced Textiles Association last month.

Simon Moore said, “we created Kermit shade frame to offer schools, parks, public spaces, and homeowners a smart, super durable alternative to traditional shade sails — including a waterproof version, and one that’s easy to install, built to last, and adaptable to a range of outdoor fabrics.”

Simon felt like joining the Advanced Textiles Association of New Zealand was a natural step, allowing them to connect with others who value innovation, quality, and high standards in textile-based products.

He is excited to contribute to and learn from a community that’s shaping the future of outdoor shade and shelter.
